Cons
- The screen has a slightly curved design, which some users might not prefer over a flat display.
The Xiaomi 15 Ultra remains a top-tier smartphone, with its camera, screen, and overall performance receiving high praise. The device's camera offers outstanding zoom capabilities and video recording, while its Quad HD display delivers a luxurious and sharp visual experience with vibrant colors. Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, the phone ensures a consistently smooth and fast user interface, complemented by excellent biometric security and a handy IR blaster.
The reviewer strongly recommends against upgrading from the 15 Ultra to the newer 17 Ultra, emphasizing that the current model's capabilities are still more than sufficient and that an upgrade would not yield significant practical improvements. This highlights the enduring quality and value of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra.

Pros
- Significant upgrade in battery life over its predecessor.
- Improved performance compared to the Xiaomi 14 Ultra.
- Better temperature management than the previous model.
- Equipped with the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chip.
- Generally liked by the reviewer.
Cons

- Battery performance placed third from last in tests.
- Reviewer wished for better overall performance in tests.
The Xiaomi 15 Ultra presents a notable advancement over its predecessor, the 14 Ultra, showcasing significant improvements in battery life, overall performance, and thermal management. It is powered by Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, positioning it with top-tier hardware.
However, despite these upgrades and a large battery, its performance in battery tests, lasting 8 hours and 58 minutes, was a point of contention for the reviewer, who had hoped for better results, placing it third from last.
Nevertheless, the reviewer generally expresses a liking for the phone, balancing its strengths with minor disappointments in specific test outcomes.
“Then at 8 hours 58, we lose the Xiaomi 15 Ultra. I had hoped this would be even better, but it is still quite a significant upgrade in terms of battery life and temperatures and performance over the previous 14 Ultra, which I was never that much of a fan of, but I really do like the 15 Ultra. Although it does have quite a big battery relative to some of the other guys. So yeah, I hope that would have done a little bit better.”
