The Motorola Razr+ 2025 offers a solid flip foldable experience with a well-crafted hinge, nice displays, and capable cameras, including a unique telephoto lens. Its powerful Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset provides good performance, though thermal throttling can occur.
However, the device presents an unimpressive battery life and has noticeable camera software bugs in portrait mode. Crucially, it brings very few upgrades over last year's model, aside from improved dust protection. Given the previous Razr+ is available for $200 less with a similar experience, the 2025 model offers poor value for money, making it a questionable purchase.
“The Motorola Razer Plus brings a solid flip foldable experience with a well-crafted hinge, nice displays, and good cameras.”
“Beyond some extra dust protection, it doesn't bring any upgrades over last year's Razer Plus model. That one's still available for 200 bucks less, so you can get the same experience while saving some cash, too.”
